This policy applies when determining if a new reapplication is required.
- Consumer verification documents received after the due date and after 30 days from reapplication date, but within 60 days of the reapplication date, are considered a “new” application and the application date used is the date the documents were received.
- An eligibility decision is made if all required verification has been received.
- Consumers providing verification documents after 60 days from the reapplication date are required to initiate a new application.
