Policy

This policy applies when determining if a new reapplication is required.

1. Consumer verification documents received after the due date and after 30 days from reapplication date, but within 60 days of the reapplication date, are considered a “new” application and the application date used is the date the documents were received.
   1. An eligibility decision is made if all required verification has been received.
2. Consumers providing verification documents after 60 days from the reapplication date are required to initiate a new application.
