Policy

This policy applies to when an overpayment is written to notify a provider that an overpayment occurred.

Overpayment notices must include the following details in the description:
- Name of the child(ren)
- Dates of the overpayment(s)
- Specific type of overpayment(s)
- Amounts of the overpayment(s)
- Any other information that will help the provider identify and understand the reason for the overpayment
