This policy applies to establishing overpayments as a result of a provider being determined ineligible
- Providers will receive an overpayment when payment is issued at any time the provider is determined ineligible as required under 110-15-0268(4).
Assigning an overpayment to a consumer for accepting care from an ineligible provider is no longer a requirement of WAC 110-15-0030, and 110-15-0271 as of April 26, 2019. This applies to all overpayments written after 4/26/2019.
