Early ECEAP is an expansion of Washington's pre-kindergarten program, now serving children, birth to age 3 in Early ECEAP, from families furthest from opportunity. Early ECEAP services include:
- Comprehensive child services that support the child’s health, nutrition, physical and mental health, child development, and education.
- Partnering with families while children transition to preschool or other programs/options.
- Strength-based family support and parent education.
- Building of trusting, respectful relationships between families, staff, and community.
