Adriel Hilton is the Director of Programs, Transitions, and Youth Success for Juvenile Rehabilitation. Most recently, he served as vice-chancellor for student affairs and enrollment management and an associate professor of education at Southern University in New Orleans. Before this role, he served as dean of students and diversity officer at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
Subsequent positions include director of the Webster University Myrtle Beach Metropolitan Extended Campus, chief of staff and executive assistant to the president at Grambling State University, assistant professor and director of the Higher Education Student Affairs program at Western Carolina University, inaugural assistant vice president for inclusion initiatives at Grand Valley State University, executive assistant to the president, assistant secretary to the board of trustees, and the inaugural chief diversity officer at Upper Iowa University.
