DCYF will recognize fathers actively engaging with their children throughout the dependency process.
To be eligible for the award, the father:
- Must have a child in a dependency within the past 12 months
- Must live in Washington State
- Engaged with their children in the dependency process
DCYF received dozens of nominations of fathers across the state who have demonstrated positive behavioral changes to reunify with their child(ren). We want to thank all the fathers who are doing this work every single day!
