Echo Glen Receives Accreditation for Healthcare
Echo Glen has officially earned the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare accreditation for meeting or exceeding national health care standards.
The accreditation means Echo Glen staff are providing young people with the same or better medical, mental, dental, and vision services than they would receive in their communities.

All state-run juvenile rehabilitation facilities will be using a behavior management system that will outline the consequences for breaking rules.
The Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) began implementing this system at its secure facilities earlier this year and will now expand to community facilities.
Green Hill School Hosts Annual Powwow
Young people from Green Hill School celebrated Native American heritage during their Annual Powwow, a cultural celebration filled with music and dance.

Inspired by veterans, a group of young men at Green Hill School planned a concert for staff and family members that served.
