A Living Document
- The LAP is an ongoing project, reviewed annually or amended as needed using the feedback provided by staff and community members
A Commitment to meaningful, timely, equitable access to all DCYF programs and services
- Determines what communicative services are required to serve our community, and how we are going to provide them
- Linguistically and culturally responsive
- Applies across all functions and divisions of DCYF
Federally Required
- Beyond federal requirements, this is something that is required in the state of Washington
